We have several investment properties in Phoenix and have found it difficult to find an honest reliable Air Conditioner tech and Plumber. We live in Minnesota and it hard to do the hands on maintenance required to properly maintain these properties. YES it's a challenge making sure those air filters are changed every month and the drains are kept clean in those rental properties but, as you know The Silver Fox is on top of it! P.S. | Harvey and his associate were prompt, pleasant and informative. They arrived prior to the set appointment time and phoned before arriving. I was allowed to observe repairs as they were made to the A/C unit on the roof and the faulty parts were left for my inspection and disposal. |

We have two Trane XE1000 3 Ton heat pumps.I called Silver Fox to plan for scheduled maintenance.I found Harvey from Silver Fox A/C to be very knowledgable in heat pumps, their operation and the preventative maintenance of same. His insights, information and recomendations to me were very valuble and they were absolutly free. His pricing is quite competative.I plan on using his service in the future when I need service.

Simple Fix I thought when I bought a water heater. I thought I got the same one as installed however I found out it was different. I then called many plumbers for this only to find out that in order to install this water heater they would have to do more work than was quoted. I called Harvey in which he came out told me that the water heater was the wrong size, got me a new one an installed for much less. You figure this one out as I will always call Silver Fox First. Nice Going and thanks again Harvey

| Jon - As you have learned the BOX STORES (Home Depot & Lowes) are limited on how they can service special customer needs like yours. Also the heaters they sell are NOT the best quality as you have learned from the heater I took out of your home installed by that BOX STORE. Both individuals were very polite and arrived within the time period they stated... They replaced my water heater in a timely fashion at a very competitive price. I would recommend the Silver Fox to my friends and family and plan to use their air conditioning services next week.

They stuck with their estimate and worked way beyond their estimated time. They communicated all work in detail and were very friendly.
